Malibu Boats Ambassador and NASCAR driver Joey Logano wins his first NASCAR Cup Series Championship at Homestead-Miami Speedway. After recently winning the First Data 500 at Martinsville Speedway, everyone had their eyes on Joey for the championship race. Not only was it a huge victory for Joey, but it was also his first win in the Cup Series Championship. This exciting race kept everyone on the edge of their seat as the drivers spun around 267 laps. In an interview with The Drive, Joey said, “Just a lot of screaming. I think I pulled a muscle.
"Man, I worked my whole life to get here to win a championship. We have been so close. It has been 10 seasons of fighting for this."

Logano continued "I wasn’t sure we were going to get it but Todd [Gordon, crew chief] made a good adjustment at the end and we had that no-quit attitude.” It was nothing shy of exhilarating for Joey’s family at Malibu Boats to watch him win. Congratulations Joey!
