By participating in the Malibu Summer's On Us Sales Event (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please see your participating Malibu dealer for complete details and to confirm eligibility. This Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Offer: Well-qualified buyers who are residents of the United States or Canada are eligible for the following financing and promotional inclusion offer on qualifying purchases at participating Malibu dealers:
No Interest and No Payments for 3 Months on Select Malibu Boats: No interest and no payments for 3 months on select new and previously unsold current and prior model year Malibu boats. Valid for eligible boats financed between June 21, 2026 and September 7, 2026. Financing is subject to credit approval and offer is subject to change without notice. No interest and no payments for 3 months means no finance charges accrue and no scheduled payments are due during the first 3 months of the contract. Finance charges begin to accrue and monthly payments begin after the 3-month promotion period ends. Financing is provided through retail installment sales contracts offered by the selling Malibu dealer and is not available in NH, NV, SD, RI, WV, and Canada. Additional Promotional Incentive: Gas Card
All eligible buyers will receive an additional promotional incentive of a $2,500 gas card. This incentive is included with qualifying purchases and will be facilitated by the participating Malibu dealer. The dealer will process and distribute the selected incentive per Malibu’s promotional guidelines. The incentive has no cash value and is non-transferable.
Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid for retail purchases of eligible boats between June 21, 2026 and September 7, 2026. It is available only at participating authorized Malibu dealers in the United States and Canada. This is a limited-time offer and may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice.
Eligible Boats: The Promotion applies exclusively to new, current and prior model year Malibu boats currently in a participating dealer's inventory. Custom-order boats and boats not in current dealer inventory are excluded. All offers are valid while supplies last, and selection and availability of eligible boats may vary by dealer.
Participating Dealers: The Promotion is offered solely through authorized Malibu dealers participating in this specific program. Not all Malibu dealers may participate.
Offer Restrictions: The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount unless expressly stated. Prior sales are excluded.
Taxes, Fees, and Additional Costs: Purchaser is responsible for all applicable sales tax, registration and title fees, freight, rigging, dealer prep, and any other government charges or fees.
