Eligibility:
Offer valid only for retail customers who currently own a Nautique or MasterCraft branded towboat. Proof of ownership is required and may include registration or other documentation acceptable to Malibu or participating dealers.
Qualifying Trade-In:
Customer must trade in a Nautique or MasterCraft boat in good operational condition. Trade-in must meet all standard appraisal and intake criteria of the participating Malibu dealer, including hull condition, engine function, and absence of undisclosed damage or liens. Dealer retains the right to reject any trade-in that does not meet required condition standards.
Offer Details:
Eligible customers will receive an additional $5,000 credit applied toward the purchase price of a new model year 2026 Malibu boat. This $5,000 credit is in addition to the trade-in value determined by the participating dealer.
Limitations:
Offer applies only to factory-new MY26 Malibu boats and cannot be applied to prior model years, used inventory, or non-Malibu brands. Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed without an eligible trade-in. Not valid on prior purchases and cannot be combined with other Malibu retail incentive programs unless explicitly permitted by Malibu Boats.
Timing:
Valid only on eligible purchase contracts signed during the promotion period. The actual transaction, including delivery and trade-in transfer, must be completed by March 31, 2026.
Dealer Participation:
Offer valid only at participating Malibu dealers. Dealers are independent and set their own pricing; final pricing and trade-in valuation are at the dealer’s discretion.
Taxes & Fees:
Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, title fees, registration fees, and any other governmental or dealer-imposed charges.
Right to Modify or Terminate:
Malibu Boats reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, except where prohibited by law.
